Jones: Murray Lloyd

Passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on the 18th of October 2024, aged 69 years.

Dearly loved and devoted husband of Ngaire for over 50 years.

Treasured dad of Arna, Gareth, Rachelle and Scott.

Cherished grandad of Caelan and Madoc, Alexis and Indie.

A much loved brother, cousin, uncle, and bloody good friend to many.

A service to celebrate Murray’s life will be held in the South Taranaki Funeral Services Chapel

268 High Street, Hawera on Tuesday 22nd of October 2024 at 11.00am followed by interment in the Hawera Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Taranaki would be appreciated and can be left at the service.

As time goes bye may all the great memories you have made together be a source of great comfort. Our apologies we are away and will not be able to help celebrate Murray’s life on Tuesday.

Murray was the kind of guy I’d like with me in the trenches, great sense of humour and good with a gun 🙂 Sorry I couldn’t be at his funeral, but I’ve just watched in online, what a lovely send off for him.     Murray was such a friendly person and made me feel as though I had known him all my life.
