Part of the Hawera community since 1926, South Taranaki Funeral Services started out as McCormick’s Funeral Services and was operated by Davy McCormick until his death.

Michael Clegg purchased the funeral home in 1978 and in 1980 McCormick’s became the well-known Clegg Funerals & Monuments.

Now proudly owned and operated by Glenn Rogers and John Fullerton, The funeral home has been given a refurbishment to continue to serve the South Taranaki community.

Located in central Hawera on High Street, South Taranaki Funeral Services (STFS) are able to offer a range of funeral services for our families. We have a large, modern chapel and a very comfortable reception lounge which can provide full catering services.
