(nee Woolford) passed away peacefully at Trinity rest home Hawera, surrounded by family. Aged 89 years.
Treasured mum of Maria and Puna ( both dec) Danny and Lailanie, Steven, Alana and Tony, Diane and Garry, and Tracy and Byne.
Cherished Nan of 11 grandkids and Great -Nan of 6 great grandkids.
a service to celebrate Pat’s life will be held in the South Taranaki Funeral Services Chapel 268 High St, Hawera, tomorrow Tuesday 5th of March at 11:00 AM followed by private cremation.
